About PSCT

Piya Sharma Charitable Trust was established in 1989, in the memory of Piya , who passed away in a tragic road accident at the tender age of 9.

The family did informal projects till 1997, after which formal projects began whole heartedly, work towards fulfilling the objectives of the Trust and working at the grass root level with transparency and commitment.

Broad areas of work include, healthcare, education and vocational training.

Piya Sharma Charitable Trust & Foundation is a non profit, non-government organization working in the urban slums around Panchkula, Haryana and with migrant population since 1989.

The main objectives of the organization is health and education of underprivileged children with special focus on the girl child, empowerment of women and adolescent girls through health awareness and vocational training, and reproductive and child health.
